A change is as good as a holiday

Well, at least I hope that a change is as good as a holiday. Unfortunately, when you are chronically ill, sometimes the holiday part of things gets constantly put off. Going outside the support and comfort of what I know can be big and scary.

So instead, I’ve change the appearance of my website. Comments? Suggestions? Does it seem fresh and exciting? (well, ok, that might be pushing it, asking a website to be exciting, but heavens knows, right now it would be nice to have a little bit of excitement floating round!) Also, while my hair in now around my shoulders (as you can see on the main page) I thought I’d throw in a flashback to short-haired me, to compliment the whole ‘change’ thing going on here!

So here’s to the new look. I am hoping that it shall stick around for some time to come, unless I find something in the background of this new theme that makes it too hard to change – then look out! I’ll be on the hunt for something easier 🙂 Anything to make the computing experience easy, I tell you!
